Clio 3 - (197/200) Rear Strut Brace

Made from 2mm thick 304 grade stainless steel with 5mm laser cut stainless end plate, filly tig welded for optimum strength with a durable powdercoated red finish (other colours available on request). These strut braces will increase structural rigidity between the rear suspension mounting points which in turn will keep the rear suspension geometery in line throught hard cornering. The kit consists of one rear strut brace, 4 high tensile cap head bolts and 4 flange nuts. As with all rear strut braces these are NOT suitable for mounting harnesses.

Yes, you read it right, currently awaiting delivery of an original steel panel from Ford to mould from, our full carbon fibre roof panel will be released at Ford Fair, Silverstone this year, 8th August, it we can keep Jam sport off the track long enough, come and see our display stand for a closer look of the roof on their car. The carbon fibre replacement will do just that, completely replace the complete steel panel, fitment will require removal of front screen and tailgate. The structural integrity of your vehicle will not be reduced by fitment of this panel. Extreme weight savings (typically 1/3 of the oem panel weight) and drop dead looks ... Having got a little carried away with the availability of our Clio, the original grey fluffy shelf was quickly prepared for moulding and we are now able to offer, to order, a much more aesthetically pleasing parcel shelf for the boot of your Clio. Clips into place like the original and uses the original tailgate strings lifting the shelf up when the boot is released. 2x2 twill pre preg carbon, hand laminated and polished to a high gloss. This part is also supplied with the underside flocked in black to give a true oem feel (pictures coming soon)

The oem panel is extremely light being made of aluminum (4.8kg to be precise) our panel 2.1kg (before lacquerpaint)
This upgrade is not neccesarily about weight reducton, more about aesthetics and we can accomodate paint schemes into the finish of the panel making use of the nicely positioned swage lines either side and colour coding them to your vehicel, please ask for further details. We have full bodyshop facilities available.

By templating the manifolds and opening the ports and runners out to match the cylinder head, cost effective performance gains are acheived. Hand matched in the UK, ensuring genuine and reliable power gains. We can supply these inlets to suit your requirements:

Our pre preg carbon fibre is far stronger (and lighter) than any 'wet lay' produced products, something of an advantage given the vulnerable position of the splitter on the Clio, especially on modified vehicles and track orientated cars
Our product is a split part, with neat joining 'joggle' in the centre of part. This is beneficial in that we are able to cure the part in our own autoclave, keeping costs down from not using 3rd party cure session, cheaper to post (and less vulnerable to courier damage!) and also should the splitter be unfortunately damaged when on the car, you are able to purchase left & right sides individually.
